Vincent Chin 40th Remembrance & Rededication

COVID Protocol

To attend any and all events of the Vincent Chin 40th Remembrance & Rededication all participants are required to show at the door a current photo ID and adhere to the follow requirements.

Participants must show proof of full vaccination in one of the following forms:

  • Original vaccination cards or photocopy

  • Clear image of vaccination card stored on a phone or electronic device

  • Documentation of vaccination from healthcare provider

If you have a disability or sincerely held religious belief that prevents you from being vaccinated, you must present a negative COVID test result for entry. The test results must be taken from either a PCR test taken within 48 hours of entry or from an antigen (rapid) test taken within 6 hours of entry with with printed results from a valid provider.

All participants, staff and volunteers will be required to wear a mask throughout the programs. Masks will be provided when needed.

Children under 12 who are not yet vaccinated may attend accompanied by an adult and must wear a mask.

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with anyone known to have been exposed to or tested positive for COVID-19, please cancel your participation.

If matters arise to affect capacity limits related to safety, efforts will be taken to contact registered people in advance. Event planners cannot guarantee the venue capacity and are not responsible for situations that may arise beyond their control. Thank you for your understanding.

The Vincent Chin 40th committee asks all participants to follow these guidelines and be aware of the measures we’re taking to promote a safe experience.
